3rd Times a Charm

Ok so I've sat down and tried to find time to "blog" today and hopefully I can get my thoughts together and focus on this blog thang! I'm not very good with sitting still for very long so bare with me! Today was a huge day for me! Anyone who knows me knows I live and breathe work! To some that can be a bad thing but to me it's fun! I love what I do! I love helping others through my job! I've thought about what being thankful for means the past few days and have come up with these things I'm thankful for! I'm thankful for my family! I have a wonderful husband of 23 years. He puts up with my insanity each day! He drives me crazy and makes me laugh just the same!! We have alot we are thankful for! I have 2 wonderful kids who bring lots of memories to my plate! I have 1 son in law who works just as hard as he plays! And the most amazing grandson anyone could ever ask for or dream of! We took him to Six Flags this weekend and had such a wonderful and memorable time doing Holiday In the Park with him! For some reason it looked so much bigger when our kids were smaller! We had fun just "remembering when". Now we are in a new phase of our lives with this little guy! He is 100% a roller coaster junkie! He had a blast! My hope is that he carries all of the memories of what we do together with him for his entire life! It's just dang fun being a parent and then a grandparent! I'm thankful for my friends who are so near and dear to my heart! My best friend of more than 30 years and I visit over the phone very frequently. She has the most infectious laugh of anyone I know! I love her and her family so much! I have my friends I work with who keep me laughing and smiling! I love the Lord with all my heart! He has been such a provider for me and walked beside me all these years! What a wonderful thing to know our Lord! I have the most amazing home that I'm thankful for! It's full of love and peace! I'm thankful for technology that allows us to communicate with one another! WOW it's overwhelming somedays! I'm just full of Thanks today! If I haven't said "thank you" to you lately it's not that I'm not thinking of you that moment but know I'm thinking of you often! I hope that everyone is full of hope and love this Christmas season! I hope to learn this "blog thang" better so I can communicate with others better! So with that I'll just say Thanks!
